Emerging Markets

Establishing a new or alternative source

In establishing a new source for an intermediate or an active ingredient, we undertake the following for the customer:

  • Establish a check-list of the customer’s requirements so that we can identify the right supplier for a particular material or project
  • Provide the client with comprehensive background information on the chosen supplier for a project, thereby ensuring complete transparency in the supply chain
  • For complex projects such as APIs and formulations, we ensure product traceability at all points along the supply chain. Clients can contact directly or conduct their own audit of our API, intermediate and/or formulation manufacturers
  • Pre-approval and cGMP/ISO audits of our suppliers by client companies
  • Regular compliance checks for all materials sourced from our network of suppliers

To ensure our knowledge is up-to-date, we attend all the major exhibitions such as CPhI, Informex and Chemspec. In addition, we access industry databases and contact a wide range of companies on a regular basis to learn about present and future products.
